Thank President Obama for Prioritizing Climate Action

In his second Inaugural Address, President Obama promised strong climate action.

Over the last four years, American has taken great strides toward cleaner air, a smaller carbon footprint, and a healthier environment -- but we've also seen the increasing severity and frequency of extreme weather events that destroy communities and ruin people's lives.

Thank President Obama for promising climate action, and ask him to follow through as soon as possible.
Dear President Obama,

I would like to thank you for taking such a strong stance on climate action in your second Inaugural Address.

During your first term, America took great strides toward cleaner air, a smaller carbon footprint, and a healthier environment.

But as you mentioned in your speech, the increasing severity and frequency of extreme weather events are destroying communities and ruining lives. We need to ensure that the United States continues to take bold and aggressive action to limit climate pollution and set us on a path to safer communities and a stronger economy.

You have an incredible chance to leave a legacy of climate action I pledge to stand with you and support your efforts to act on that opportunity as soon as possible.
