President Obama and EPA Administrator McCarthy: Face the science that shows fracking threatens commu

Over the past year, your administration has ordered the Environmental Protection Agency to shut down one fracking-related water contamination investigation after another.

When early results of investigations in Dimock. PA, Parker County, TX and Pavillion, WY showed that the EPA had evidence linking gas drilling and fracking operations to groundwater contamination, your administration chose to "see no evil" and abandon the investigations -- and the communities suffering the impacts of oil and gas development as a result.

Remember that you represent the American people, not the oil and gas industry. Uphold your responsibility to us, our health, and our drinking water: direct the EPA to reopen investigations into the dangers of fracking. Time to face the science.
