The kids in the Pleasant Valley community and Shemwood crossing apartments DESERVE a recreational center in the area!!!!!!

The kids in the Pleasant Valley and Shemwood Crossing apartments deserve to have somewhere to have recreational activities. We have no basketball court, no playground, no nothing for the kids. Every other area has either one of those if not both. I grew up in this community and I know it's easy to get into something you're not supposed to be doing all because you had nothing else to do.
