- Legalise Plug-in Solar and Batteries by 1 July 2027
- Give renters the right to request reasonable energy upgrades: solar, batteries, EV charging, efficiency and electrification
- Follow Victoria's lead and implement Minimum Energy Efficiency Rental Standards
- Set up policies to unlock solar on big roofs, like factories and warehouses, to share cheap, clean energy with renters and apartment residents
- Give financial incentives for landlords to install solar, storage and energy-efficient appliances
