Our Planet Is at a Tipping Point. Help Us Protect It

It's been a difficult year. Catastrophic floods battered tea estates in eastern India and towns at the Nepal-Tibet border. August saw the highest average global temperature ever recorded. Europe was hit particularly hard; more than 35,000 people died from heat-related causes. Drought is hitting record levels, with 97 percent of the southeastern US experiencing moderate or exceptional drought—the most intense kind—drastically increasing the risk of wildfires.

As smoke from distant fires drifts across borders, it brings home how deeply interconnected our world is: a disaster in one place can threaten the health and well-being of communities far away.

At the Rainforest Alliance, we're working to restore our tropical rainforests and protect critical landscapes from future harm. We're making progress every day by working directly with farmers and forest communities worldwide to farm better,
regenerate forests, and heal the land. But we need to accelerate our action if we're going to prevent forest ecosystems from reaching critical tipping points—thresholds beyond which recovery might not be possible.

We still have time—but only if we act now.

We need your help to build our regenerative future, rooted in resilience against unpredictable climate challenges to come. Sign up today to support a regenerative future for our planet.
