From Port Arthur to Houston, and all along the coast to Corpus Christi, massive new petrochemical projects are moving into Texas communities fast, bringing  more smoke and guzzling more water during drought. These facilities often sit right next to neighborhoods and schools, putting our kids and families at greater risk of asthma, cancer, and dangerous chemical accidents.
