We petition that you prosecute Forest Emery, the East Bridgewater, Mass. man recently arraigned on charges of cruelty to an animal and cruelty with intent to maim. Please prosecute Forest Emery, the East Bridgewater, Mass. man recently arraigned on charges of cruelty to an animal and cruelty with intent to maim. To settle a clash over property lines, Emery reportedly entered his neighbor’s lawn and attacked a 90-pound Newfoundland, Crash, with a shovel. He beat the cornered dog so viciously he smashed 10 of his teeth.

Please file felony animal cruelty charges and seek maximum jail time as well as restitution to pay for Crash’s veterinary fees. Emery ought to undergo psychological evaluation and anger management therapy. In addition, please pursue an order restricting his proximity to animals. This unremorseful man should not own, harbor or work with animals in any setting.
