PROTECT OUR HUMAN RIGHTS FROM POLICE BRUTALITY

It is all too apparent that most of us are not safe on these streets by the police.  I myself have a petition on this site from issues of police brutality and my whole life is in an uproar.  The psychological affects of being brutalized by the police are very overwhelming and can be compared to the experiences of soldiers who return from war suffereing from post traumatic stress disorder.  I, now suffer from this disorder.  In addition, the police think that they have complete free will to do whatever they want because they carry guns and might I add tasers, which there has been an incident where the officer mixed up his taser and his gun?  The senseless killings continue.  The senseless beatings continue.  We as citizen's are no longer safe on these streets that we live on, pay taxes on, etc.  I was told by Internal Affairs that the miranda rights do not have to be read anymore since 911.

Now I've received the outcome of my cases with that were filed and they both state that allegations unsubstantiated.  But all the while, I continuously heard the officers telling each other that they have each other backs.
 
Sir, please do something to protect us, I myself right now do not see any family or friends, nor do I leave where I live much...I am frightened because I was called by the offending officers via telephone after a complaint was filed against them which was like coercion or intimidation and I left my state with just the clothes on my back and now I am a different person.

The police all over the country are committing egregious acts of terrorism and are getting away with it over and over.  In additon, filing charges with these agencies is useless because all it does is stall time.  These officers need to be sued but if Internal Affairs or Professional Standards holds onto a file for three months or more they have caused the statute of limitations to run out by delaying the litigation process.  If the officers were prosecuted the way they should be, then maybe there would be no such needs for the litigation process to begin.

We need protection from the people who are supposed to be protecting us!  Please take some action!!!!
