Flody County should make settlement with Alph Tex Kennel out of court
To ensure that all property owners, including animal owners, are afforded their well established constitutional and legal rights during searches and seizures to protect the safety and well being of all present, human and animal.
Floyd county officials failed to afford 2 of its citizens their rights and the proper thing to do now is acknowledge that and enter into a reasonable settlement to send a message to its own employees that violations are not acceptable and for the fiscal well being of the county.
In the interest of the ALPHA TEX KENNELS animals and FLOYD COUNTY, we the undersigned request that Alpha Tex Kennels be settled out of court and the dogs returned to their owner.
