America Votes to send Nicole Scherzinger Home

We the undersigned believe:
Nicole Scherzinger, a judge on the X Factor, has committed a dereliction of duty when she decided to NOT MAKE A DECISION on last week's X Factor.
In her failure make a decision, she sent a brilliant and vibrant young talent home.  She further stated that "I was not going to be the one to send anyone home".
To be a judge implies that one must make tough decisions.  The public, and the people performing in front of you expect nothing less than for their judges to be able to perform their responsibilities. 
We call on America to send Nicole Scherzinger home where she might be better able to hone the skills required to be a judge
