Change Social Services Requirements for Families

Families and elders can not receive any social services once they have lost a street address! 
Please sign this petition to create a change in the requirements for Social Services so that Homeless Families and Elders can receive housing and food help!
 
Section eight housing reform is also needed.  It takes several years in most cities to even apply for this assistance as most of the time it is closed to new applicants.  Once the application is submitted it may take several more years for your name to come to the top of the list.
 
People who are not citizens should not receive aid through the social servives department except in very specific circumstances.  Too many of our own citizens are living in tents.
