CUT THE CRAP!

I geuss this petition is a bit vague but it is something I beleive should be done.
The basic reason for this petition is to demand clear and plain language from politicians and the government itself.
Recently, for another petition I did some research on the official website for the FDA, (before I go on may I point out that I am an avid reader and could understand most of the information presented) the website provided almost no usefull information about the dockett in question and basically stated that the guidelines of the dockett were whatever they wanted them to be. In all of the information listed it made absolutely no reference to the issue at hand,instead it focued almost entirely on what the FDA assumes is their right to rewrite the law.
I also sought information on the reason for the dockett's creation, and found absolutely nothing.
The right of Americans to see any document they request is a wonderfull thing, however from what I've seen it can completely useless since an average citizen either(1) wouldn't understand the language or (2) could obtain no useful, or even relevant, information from these documents.

What I sugjest is that any time a document is rendered by the government it be accompanied by a clear easy to understand notation of it's meaning and objective without any bias or political spin.

Example:

Document listing the effects of BILL number ########
legal right for police to steal cars when chasing people

Tell me you would vote for that
yet people did accept

COMANDEERING VEHICLES FOR EMERGENCIES IN THE LINE OF DUTY

(Note that I have no problem with this particular law, it was stated as such in order to build my point)
