INDIANA 9-1-1 SPECIALTY LICENSE PLATE

Indiana N.E.N.A. (National Emergency Number Association) is wanting to the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles to make a specialty license plate to honor all public safety dispatchers/9-1-1 personnel in the state of Indiana.  We need 500 signatures by July 31, 2008 to make this project happen.
