 Feel that Doug Collier CDC# C-42473 have just one chance at his freedom. We feel Doug Collier has payed his debt to society and should have a chance to show society what he has to offer. He has grown up inside prison walls from the young age of 20yrs old now 46yrs old to be a Educated,Accomplished,Thoughtful,Kind & Giving man. We ask of you to Reconsider his incarceration and set him free. Please let him show you the good man he has become and what he has to offer society.

Doug Collier,46~Has been incarcerated from 2/11/82 at the young age of 20yrs old he is now 46yrs old. He was sentenced 15yrs to life on a 2nd degree murder,Doug has now done 26 1/2 yrs,
he has no past record before this.Doug has done more than his time! In the time hes been incarcerated he has accomplished so much.

While incarcerated Doug has been active in numerous self help programs geared to provide information to assist his re-education & re-entry back into society &  has recieved numerous accomidations for his possitive programming
