Missouri's new no-texting law!

A new law will be taking effect in Missouri to prevent those under 21 from texting while driving, This law should be aimed at everyone and not just teenagers.
Age is of no concern when it comes to driving distractions, so lets make it safer for everyone to drive not just those under 21 years of age.
