No guns at congressional town meetings

Recently we have seen the spectre of lunatics carrying loaded weapons at town meetings. This is not a responsible demonstration of their rights under the second amendment. These are reactionaries who are trying to intimidate their political opponents, namely those who want health care refrom in this instance. We call on Congress to make it a felony for a private citizen to carry a firearm at a meeting  at which federal officials are present.
