Ever see those trucks drive past with about 10 horses in the back no tied up and wonder where they may be off too? Answer:SlaughterHouse.
Many breeders will send horses / foals to the slughter house where they became dog foot and glue! just because of the wrong conformation or markings! This is NOT respecting animals lives and giving them a chance to prove themselves, i mean they wouldnt drown there child at birth if they were pale with red hair and freckles when they wanted pale child with black hair!
Many big time horse rider especially in jumping area's will send there horse off if they make just ONE mistake at a jump or ONE too big of a refusal, im trying not to sterotype (im a jumper myself)
I really want a big wake up call to all the people that do this, if you cannot afford to keep one dont buy one in the first place. The only acceptable reason is when a horse is so uncontollable and unfixable/dangerous.
