Open more dignified jobs for our older workers in Singapore

We, the undersigned, petition to the Government of Singapore to approach a cultural shift for employers to successfully manage the growing numbers of our aging workforce and to allocate them with proper and dignified jobs.

These golden citizen, have a whole life of experience with them and it is not only dignified but proper to allocate them for employment such as guides in the Museum,Airports,Parks,Historical Sites..or even to mentor younger people in social and cultural activities.
I urged that we change our attitudes about older persons and to see them as a source of social enrichment for society and not as a handicap.
