Restrictions of the Russian version of Duke Nukem Forever

The Russian version of Duke Nukem Forever has set of restrictions, such as impossibility of acquisition in Steam, incompatibility with DLC, impossibility of game with the whole world, impossibility of a choice of a voices and bad voice of Duke Nukem. We demand elimination of these bugs and removal of regional and general restrictions.
