Robert Higbee: Acquitted, but not innocent!

Robert Higbee was acquitted of two charges of vehicular homicide, but the fact remains that he intentionally and maliciously slaughtered two citizens, to satisfy his bloodlust.  Now, he seeks to be reinstated as a trooper with the New Jersey State Police.  If Higbee is allowed to return, it will not be a matter of IF he kills again, but WHEN.  Those who sign this petition support the theory that Robert Higbee should be terminated from his job, and denied back pay.
