Suite 8 MUST Remain Open.

Suite 8 was a local venue that served teenagers and adults with a safe, clean, drug and alcohol-free positive environment for them to display art and music. It has provided many, many local teenagers and adults with a place to go for low-cost, entertaining shows, as well as giving new, rising musicians an easy way to spread their name.

There are so few ways to get a show in any city without having a recognizable name. Suite 8 allows bands to do just that.

Ryan Talty is a good man who serves as a good, positive role model for the teenagers who visit his venue.

Shutting down Suite 8 is a travesty, and I hoped that South Carolina wouldn't make this mistake.
