Toronto Bullhook Ban

The Bullhook is a tool of intimidation and fear. They use it to poke ,pull and beat elephants. Elephants fear the hook just from the sight of it.

Will be putting forth a proposal to Toronto City Council on November 14th to ban Bullhooks from Toronto. This would make it impossible for Circuses that use Bullhooks on their Elephants to visit Toronto Ontario Canada, which is pretty much all of them.
