We are trying to get enough signatures to forward to the appropriate individuals so that all the money collected from Michael Vick due to fines against his despicable crime be donated to Pit Bull or other Animal Rescue organizations. This is in addition to the restitution he should be making for the the dogs seized from him for the remainder of their lives. I strongly urge that the money be donated to foundations that are "AGAINST the ban and rights" of Pit Bulls.
"He should also be advised to turn over the names and addresses of other pit bull fighters who do the same that he was doing. That is one way he could make a difference in the lives of thousands of dogs."
Also, any money gained in the future,ie. books, movies, interviews, from this despicable crime should be donated to the animals. They are the ones who forcefully fought and died for this, so all proceeds should go to them.
As far as Micheal Vick being made to work in an animal shelter or with any animals, I do not know that I would agree due to the fact that he has no kindness, love, or empathy for them, and this would not be helpful to the animals in any way shape or form. I think that time should not be wasted on supervising him (because that is the absolute only way he should ever be allowed near animals again) because that time would be of better use given to the animals in need.
