On August 21,2018 approximately 6:00pm My brother Charles was shot in killed in the hands of a Gang member, who has a dangerous background. An confrontation that lead to him losing his life. The Murderer was caught four days before laying Charles to rest.He leaves behind 3 children and a unborn, siblings, a fiance' as well as a host of friends and family.
