Legible Medical Charts

I believe the healthcare system is an important domain in our society, therefore it is equally important to have legible medical records. The Medical documents are an important tool to help the entire healthcare workers communicate among one another during a hectic day. If there was a law in place to force healthcare workers to take the time to write legibly, then there would be a decrease in medical errors, less time wasted trying to read scribbles, confidence reading charts, easier for other to read and pretty much increase the quality of care.
