discrimination against disabled

to help the person who cannot right a bank called suntrust in florida has created what they thought was an enchancement to their automated phone line. it used to be user friendly by just using the right buttons on your keypad. now they require you to speak it. first of all people with disabilites cannot always do this. second most want privacy and the quickest way to access the account. in the past before this horror of a system was put in you could be on and off in a matter of a minute or so now it akes longer and all kinds of frustrations. all you get is they are working on it. it's been months ! either they don't care or they don't want to do it. when qwe all pull out our accounts they will care!
