Clean water

Residents of Dubeni Village in Emalahleni municipality ward 7 eastern cape have no water almost two years now.The responsible authority for water delivery is Chris hani district municipality.There is no formal communication from Chris hani district municipality to the aforesaid residents. We as the aforesaid residents feel we are undermined and disrespectful to say the least.
