Domestic Violence Registeration Process

I am making this petition on behalf of all those involved in Domestic Violence. I purpose to make a law to where the abuser have some kind of registration process IN DETAIL WHAT THEY DID that can be sent to the public as a notice like a sex offender. I feel it should be taken seriously and the punishment and fines should be more harsh than it has been. I say this because I feel the law is not doing enough to protect the innocent people.
