Petition to Vote in New HOA President- Baxley Point
This petition is to request a motion to vote in a new President for the Baxley Point HOA. The current president was assigned by the builder by default when the first President resigned and was given a two year term. Normally a one year term is in effect and the longest a board member serves before a new vote is held. The current president has held the position for a year and the homeowners feel a change is needed in order to address concerns that are felt overlooked and/or mishandled by the current president. Some concerns(but not all) are:
- Organization and adherence to Georgia Law in relation to HOA covenants.
- Lack of Publication of Board Meetings so Homeowners can Attend/Observe
- Budget Concerns with Landscaping Cost and Delivery and other Financial Management/possible opportunity for mishandling by the current president.
- Questions about review and observation of bylaws as indicated by board to homeowners.
