New Rochelle High School (NRHS) has had Interim Principals since August 2018. The need for stability and strong leadership has only grown in that time, especially throughout the global pandemic. We ask that you hire a leader who can improve the stability, reputation and strength of NRHS. It is crucially important that our community's gem, with over 3,000 students, is guided by a strong, trusted leader that can unify diverse groups. We, the parents and community members of New Rochelle know that person is Camille Edwards-Thomas. We strongly support her for the position of Principal of New Rochelle High School. Camille Edwards-Thomas is an intelligent educator trusted by parents, teachers, and students alike. When NRHS needed her the most, she stepped up as Assistant Principal and restored the morale of the building. Her background and institutional knowledge are invaluable. Her resume speaks for itself:
