Demand an end to pony rides

On Friday October 12, 2018, I went to Todos Santos park where the kid fest was taking place in Concord, CA and came across a petting zoo and a pony ride. As an animal lover, I wanted to go see them and noticed the pony's were tied up and could barely move their heads. They were also standing in their own poop. It was hot out and they didn't have water and did not look happy at all. I definitely wasn't the only one noticing this. When I called the event coordinator and explained to him my concern, he brushed me off and said he was too busy and didn't give me any answer as to why these animals looked so unhappy and were being treated poorly.
