Stop the conflict of interest by with management.

We the store owners of The Shops at Sunset Plaza formally ( The Trading Post ). Do believe that it would be a conflict of interest to put Ray Gonzales into a management position. Ray is not a Shop owner and is working for Mary Ellen. Most of the Shop owners here have had problems with Mary Ellen either telling our customers to return items they bought from us and she will sell them the item at a cheaper price or once she finds out that we are making a profit on a particular item she puts the item in her store at a lesser price. We do believe however that it is in the best interest of The Shops to have a fresh face brought in as Management. We also believe that having someone that works for a Shop Owner as Management creates a conflict of interest. There is a strong potential that Shop owners will seek other leasing opportunities if Ray is put into management.
