Charge Owner For Abandoning Her Dog In The Garbage Can!

A New Stanton sanitary employee took the lid off of a garbage can from a home in the 100-block of Yellow Pine Lane, New Stanton and was shocked to discover a 5-year-old-dog that was left in the garbage by his owner who had moved to Texas. The dog was placed into a bag and thrown away like trash. She was severely emaciated. It's very likely the pooch may have been abandoned there for over a week. We are urging the authorities to track down this monster and apply the harshest penalty possible for such callousness. No animal deserves this type of treatment!
