Tell Fashion- Endangered Animals are NOT Photo Props

Harper's Bizaar, an American women's fashion magazine has done a spread, titled "the Animal Nursery", featuring a 7 month old critally endangered gibbon, and 3 month old tiger cubs which will appear in 26 international editions. The photo shoot features Kate Upton and was styled by Carine Roitfeld.
This type of publicity misinforms and misrepresnts to consumers how critically endangered these animals are in the wild. Also how dangerous they are. Exotic animals do not make good pets and is actually banned in several of the United States. This type of advertising fuels the global exotic pet trade- which often involves killing the mother animal and capturing the babies which will never be returned to the wild.
Tell Harper's Bizaar, endangered animals are not fashion accessories and they shouldn't be viewed as cuddley pets or misused for entertainment this way.
