Change Sex Assault Max Punishment of Five Years in Hawaii

Upon reading a local news story tonight on a sexual assault case, a compelling desire for action in changing punishments for such hideous crimes caused me to turn to creating a petition for changing the max punishment in Hawaiʻi for such an offense of five years in prison to something more fitting. I would like to send this petition to our law makers/representatives/judges and just about everyone and anyone who can make these shifts. Please sign so we can protect our keiki with more severe consequences for sexual assault in Hawaiʻi.
