We support the proposed Paragon Star mixed use development in Lee’s Summit, MO

The undersigned support the proposed Paragon Star mixed use development at the intersection of View High Drive and I-470 in Lee’s Summit, MO. The project will initially feature 10 synthetic turf fields with lighting including a championship field that will feature seating for 3,500-5,000 spectators, a clubhouse with 8 adjacent volley ball courts, a biking/hiking trailhead with trails, a hotel, office building, housing, bars & restaurants and a entertainment complex featuring a theatre and bowling alley. The initial phase of the project is estimated at $190 million but total development costs are projected to exceed $300 million once the project is fully completed.

This project will be an asset to draw hundreds of thousands of visitors to Lee’s Summit, MO every year. The project will create significant social and economic benefits while offering varied sporting, entertainment and business services to the local, state and surrounding regional communities.  We appreciate your support through this on-line petition!
