Elders under care of health care aide and agencies need to be supervise and held accountable. Often times, seniors under the care of a health home Aid are not well taken care of and sometimes abused and neglected and slowly but miserably died. The fact is that some of these patients have and suffer rashes due to not being turned over and clean properly.
