California Car Insurance Reform Now!

We all are required to have car insurance. We pay into this fund with the intent that in an accident, they will cover the expenses and return our car back to the same state it was in before the accident. This basically is a bet the insurance company makes with you...they are betting on the hope that you will pay in and not have an accident...but what happens when you do and they refuse to pay? What happens when the Insurance company does not honor their end of the bargain?

This is happening in record numbers in California. People are paying for Car Insurance, and when they are in an accident and it's not even their fault, they are being categorically denied even though legally the insurance company is responsible. This is not only bad business, it is highway robbery!

This petition is calling for a change in auto insurance business ethics in the state of California. Sign this petition and let the Department of Insurance know that as the citizens of California, we demand that the Insurance Companies hold up their end of the deal when we are in an accident!
