Let the teachers have a say so weather they want to go to school or stay home and still teach

in the new stage apparently, teachers are supposed to be at school full time, but some teachers cant they have family,, they cant put their life in jeopardy, I have a teacher that got basically kicked out of her teaching career because she has a disability and because of the disability the district basically said she can't teach anymore because she can't be at the school full time,
