Forced Conversion Centers

Gay conversion therapies strip minors of the LGBT community of their personal rights. Victims of these so-called "christian conversion centers" go through inhumane techniques in an attempt to change their sexuality. More and more parents are hoarding their children into these centers, depriving these young-adults of their personal freedom, sometimes leading to depression and even suicide.
Methods used by LGBT conversion centers are deemed ineffective and extremely harmful by the American Psychological Association. 9 states and Washington D.C. have outlawed these inhumane practices. With your support Georgia can be the 10th state to outlaw LGBT conversion centers.
We respectfully urge you to sign the petition and help those who are stripped of their rights and cannot speak up for themselves. This petition will be used in an effort to outlaw LGBT conversion centers in Georgia, ultimately protecting minors (children under 18) from these dehumanizing practices.
