PLEASE REPEAL BILL 17
Doug Ford has past a Bill that has allows him and his Thug Developers to wipe out our beautiful newly built and historical homes in our beautiful quiet neighbourhoods in the Lois, Wenderly Park, Glenrook and Surroundings all for some Parking Lots and Staging Areas for the new towers, instead of reverting to other streets that are broken down and more reasonable for his parking lot plan.
We need to put our foot down and Repeal!
Please send an Official Paper Printout Petition to Queen's Park to demand they repeal Bill 17 and stop this senseless destruction all for some parking lots.

WHEREAS Bill 17 has removed the authority of the City of Toronto to protect residential neighborhoods with significant local history from forced demolition;
WHEREAS well-maintained, high-end homes in our community are being targeted for demolition to make way for parking lots and high-density construction staging;
WHEREAS it is absurd and unjust to destroy the historical integrity and beauty of our neighborhoods for low-value purposes like parking space and temporary construction use;
WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, petition the Legislative Assembly of Ontario to REPEAL BILL 17 and immediately halt the demolition of residential homes for parking lots and related developments.
