1. Common Core is an untested educational experiment on our children. Let other schools experiment with it if they choose.
2. Common Core is an effort to nationalize education of our children. Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee are already exceptional and do not need to be nationalized.
3. Common Core is a threat to our private, Catholic educational system. A letter signed by 130 prominent Catholic scholars and professors expresses concern that the new science standards will "inculcate students into a material metaphsycis" and that the new history standards will promote "moral relativisim" and an "anti-religious bias."
Dear Archbishop Listecki:
We, the undersigned, petition you to reject the Common Core standards, tests, and curriculua for the schools in the Milwaukee Archdiocese.
Please act as soon as possible. Our children's education is at stake.

This is an update on the petition you signed asking Archbishop Listecki to end Common Core in the Milwaukee Archdiocese. We continue to educate Catholic parents and get new signatures. We have decided to keep the petition open for another few weeks. Please continue to spread the word. Thank you.
