We Demand The Godfather Part 3 Be Remade

The Godfather Part 1 and Part 2 were two of the most outstanding movies in American film history that was followed by The Godfather Part 3, a movie that felt very forced, with a story that included characters that voiced plot points and committed other cinematic sins, helmed by a Director during desperate times who was given a short period to script and featuring an out of character Michael Corleone that lost the respect of the audience and ultimately concluding the trilogy with a film many, including myself, prefer to watch on mute.

Moviegoers are willing to forgive and forget and forget they will if the powers that be can produce a movie more fitting of the series. As evident in the upcoming Terminator - Genisys, people are excited to watch a movie that, in essence, is pretending that one of it's subsequent sequels (Terminator Salvation) never happened. .

It is very important that this sequel be remade soon while many of the essential actors are still alive. The story has already lost several of the great actors of the series including Richard Bright (Al Neri), Al Martino (Johnny Fontane), Corrado Gaipa (Don Tommasino) as well as the original author and screenwriter Mario Puzo, but we still have Al Pacino (Michael Corleone), Diane Keaton (Kay Corleone), Talia Shire (Connie Corleone) and the most notable missing part of the equation from the original Godfather Part 3, Robert Duvall (Tom Hayden). This may arguably be the best time to remake this movie, as most of the actors here are the appropriate age for the parts. It could also help usher in a new cast for future films in the Godfather world.

Powers that be, this is an offer that you cannot refuse. Please make it happen (and soon)
