father have rights

People should sign to help change the custody laws for fathers. Im a father with two children and the mother is a dead beat. Both my children are well below average in school, mom dont work living off child support, SSI plus food stamps and stay at her mothers house. Thats like 1500+ total between all. Mother doesnt do nothing with the kids but yell and swear at them. Youngest is 6. Ive hired and fired 2 lawyers and debating on hirering another. Please help me start a petition to get michigan to help fathers like me that love there kids.
