Prosecute Sergeant Ian Craven to the full extent of the law.

Two police dogs, one of them a puppy, died when their handler left them locked in his car on one of the hottest days of the year.  Craven must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, particularly as he was responsible for murdering a police dog in 2004 in similar circumstances.
