We Support Bill S 1176

The undersigned U.S. citizens request that bill S 1176 (banning export of horses out of the U.S. for slaughter) be approved in your Committee and sent to the full U.S. Senate for a vote.  We oppose sending our horses out of the country for gruesome slaughter mainly to provide horsemeat as a delicacy for other countries. 

We each pledge to call and/or email our Senators asking for their support for S 1176.  Our country was built largely on the backs of horses and we should honor such an American icon.
