You say you care about your customers? How about the families working for you?

King Soopers has a new policy of not allowing their employees two days off in a row. I know this sounds like nothing important. 
But. This has a huge affect on the families, communities and our society as a whole.

When their Employees as parents don't get that parenting time it causes damage. 
And for what? How easy it it to give people Their two days off in a row. Why would they even do this? It doesn't save them money.
And yet they have the new commercial out "Nu-Val" claiming to "care about their customers? First they need to care about their employees.
And Walmart has the same policy.
