NJ Residents for a National Assault Weapons Ban

In the wake of the Newtown mass murder of 20 young children and 6 adults  , we can not sit back and allow the NRA to dominate the conversation with reckless nonsense .  
              We have had ENOUGH .
No one needs an army style assault weapon and magazine clips to either hunt or defend themselves . 
         We need OUR voices  heard and for our legislators in NJ to understand the importance of pushing for a National  Assault  Weapons  Ban  in Congress . Here in NJ , we dont want a situation in which  someone  can buy army artillery  from a nearby state and come into our schools in NJ TO MASS MURDER . 
      This petition will be submitted  to every Congressman in NJ so that they will be held accountable for their public statements and votes .
