Bring an HEB Plus to the South

We here in South Laredo have to travel to North Laredo so we can shop for our goods. Laredo is expanding rapidly to the South with no easy access to groceries. The current HEB on Zapata Highway is always seriously congested due to the areas rapid growth. HWY 83 and Cielito Lindo Blvd. Would be an ideal location to serve the community including Rio Bravo, El Cenizo, San Ygnacio, and Zapata TX.
