Jacob's 16 bill

I have been in and out of court , for parenting rights child support and have obtained a court order for child suport and parenting time . as we are in 2019, Mr dead bead decided to not pay child care fees or child support or even see his son . I am an apprentice working towards a future for my son and want the best for my son Jacob. the loop holes and wait times for FMEP to step in are ridiculous. I want to propose a bill to post dead beats that choose not to be a part of the child life. if you fail to follow a court order you should be posted on the CSO website for failing to comply with family court matters in paying child suport . if we dont talk about it , who will ??
